Faulty or invalid keys

If a key does not activate and our support team cannot resolve it, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

Change of mind

Once a key has been delivered and revealed, it cannot be returned for a change of mind, as the product is considered used.

Contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the activation error. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
